Position Overview
The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) provides vital support to patients and nursing staff under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role is essential to ensuring safe medication administration and supporting daily healthcare operations within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Accurately document medication administration and patient responses
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with routine patient care as directed by licensed nurses
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support nursing staff with daily clinical operations

Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Ability to pass a background check
