The role of the Maintenance Engineer includes, but is not limited to, providing support to all teams, technical support for maintenance and operations, designing and troubleshooting mechanical components and systems, performing mechanical load ratings of various systems, designing and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, designing and troubleshooting fluid power systems, capital project management including accounting for expenses and help with CEA’s, and assisting with setup of preventative and predictive maintenance programs by applying engineering principles and practices and demonstrating a high level of project management leadership. This role also supports CM2 Cold Rolling operations and the Galvanizing line furnace and coating equipment, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of thermal and process systems of all lines.
