At MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in filtration solutions, this role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted order flow across Europe. You will be responsible for daily, continuous credit checks in SAP to prevent blocked orders that directly impact logistics and customer deliveries. The position requires close cooperation with Sales, AR, Logistics, and BU Controllers and a strong sense of ownership. It is an operationally intensive role with clear impact on business continuity.
• Perform continuous daily monitoring of blocked orders in SAP due to credit checks and ensure their timely release; take immediate action if release is not possible
• Maintain close coordination with Logistics, understanding that blocked orders directly impact shipments
• Manage and enhance customer credit limits in line with local rules and MANN+HUMMEL standards, including creditworthiness checks via external providers
• Maintain and update credit management data in SAP, including archiving backups for all credit-related changes
• Prepare and review key reports: weekly management overview of blocked VIP customers, regular reporting for Sales, customer rating outputs, and daily forecast review to prevent future blocks
• Cooperate closely with AR, Sales, BU Controllers, and Insurance teams; handle requests via SAP transactions, SNOW, email, and MS Teams
• Provide outputs for IKS controls, support audits, and ensure coaching and support of other team members
• Education: High School - administration
• Experience: Experience in AR/Credit Control processes is an advantage
• Required Skills: Excel – VLOOK UP, SUM etc., analytical thinking, ability to work independently within AR processes
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), additional foreign language is an advantage
• Competencies: Proactive mindset, ownership, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability
