The CLYNK Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in customer acquisition, provides retailer support, and customer education while providing real-time insights from in-store activity. Brand Ambassadors support the deployment of CLYNK’s redemption program across retail locations in Connecticut, New York, or Maine and are responsible for tracking and meeting key performance indicators related to customer engagement, support interactions, and brand reach. This role requires travel between store locations on a rotational basis.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in customer acquisition, retailer support, and respond to general customer inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainability, community involvement, and customer service.

Compensation $62,500 with 5% bonus potential

Schedule Availability and Location :

  • Full-time, hybrid position
  • Frequent travel to store locations in Bristol, CT, travel required in field 4-5 days per week or as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively promote CLYNK's brand and services at Stop & Shop locations and community events.
  • Educate customers on the program's benefits and provide guidance for a seamless user experience.
  • Provide expert level training to customers with CLYNK account sign-ups and demonstrate the use of our mobile app, kiosk, and sustainability station.
  • Answer general customer questions and ensure positive, solution-oriented interactions.
  • Set up and manage promotional tables at events and during store deployments.
  • Own the design and optimization of in‑store promotional processes to improve customer conversion.
  • Develop and implement plans for scaling the pilot program within assigned regions.
  • Distribute marketing materials and create an engaging, educational atmosphere for customers.
  • Educate the public on sustainability and recycling practices while showcasing how CLYNK’s model supports these values while simplifying and streamlining the redemption process.
  • Travel between store locations on a rotational basis; up to 75%.
  • Document and provide shift level insights on event participation, customer interactions, and program feedback.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, marketing or promotional role preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; outgoing and personable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Keen attention to detail and meticulous follow up skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

Additional Requirements

  • Bi-lingual English/ Spanish preferred but not required
  • Location: Frequent travel to store locations, dedicated workspace is available at our processing center in Bristol, CT.
