About the role
Burn is looking for a Cluster Team Leader at BURN who will lead and motivate a team of Electric Sales Executives to achieve sales targets while driving market penetration and customer engagement within the assigned cluster. The role also involves monitoring team performance, coordinating installations, supporting repayment schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Team Management Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Electric Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation Develop and execute strategies to drive sales execution and market penetration within the cluster.
  • Performance Monitoring Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing feedback and support to team members as needed.
  • Customer Engagement Ensure team members effectively engage with customers, educating them on product features, pricing, and repayment terms.
  • Installation Coordination Oversee the installation process to ensure that all verified customers are ready for installation, facilitating same day installations when possible.
  • Repayment Monitoring Support the team in reminding customers about their repayment schedules to maintain healthy repayment rates.
  • Market Activations Plan and coordinate market activations and community cookouts, ensuring full team participation to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Reporting and Accountability Compile and submit accurate reports on sales activities, team performance, and market feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.

Skills and Experience
  • Diploma/ college certificate or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Proven sales or field experience, preferably in FMCG, Paygo, or direct sales
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Field Work: Willingness to work in the field daily and support team members
  • Reporting Skills: Proficiency in basic reporting tools (WhatsApp, Google Forms)
