Marriott Luxury Group – The Red Sea & AMAALA

Position Summary

The Cluster Senior Manager, B2B, Trade Marketing & Tourism Partners is responsible for

developing and executing the B2B and trade marketing strategy across Marriott Luxury Group’s

portfolio of luxury resorts within The Red Sea and AMAALA.

Working across a portfolio of distinctive luxury brands and properties, the role will strengthen

awareness, consideration and advocacy among key luxury travel trade audiences, while

supporting the commercial teams with compelling content, campaigns, strategic partnerships,

Trade PR and sales enablement tools that help generate qualified demand and support revenue

objectives.

The role acts as a key bridge between Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Marriott regional and global

teams, destination partners, appointed agencies and the luxury travel trade, ensuring the portfolio

maintains strong visibility and relevance across priority source markets and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

B2B & Trade Marketing Plan

  • Develop and implement the annual B2B and Trade Marketing plan for the cluster, aligned

with each property's commercial objectives, positioning and priority source markets

  • Translate commercial priorities into targeted marketing programs for luxury travel

advisors, tour operators, DMCs, consortia, wholesalers and other relevant travel partners.

  • Develop differentiated strategies for each resort while identifying opportunities to

promote the wider Marriott Luxury Group portfolio across The Red Sea and AMAALA.

  • Build an annual B2B marketing calendar aligned with key sales periods, market

activations, trade events, product launches, seasonal campaigns and destination

milestones.

  • Ensure B2B marketing investment is aligned with commercial priorities and measurable

business objectives.

Strategic Trade Partnerships

  • Work closely with Sales to identify high-value trade partners and develop joint marketing

plans and co-marketing campaigns.

  • Develop opportunities with luxury tour operators, travel advisor networks, consortia,

DMCs, airline and travel partners and other strategic distribution partners.

  • Develop integrated partner campaigns leveraging content, digital channels,

communications, advisor engagement and commercial opportunities.

  • Evaluate partnership proposals based on audience relevance, reach, commercial potential,

brand alignment and measurable return.

  • Manage dedicated trade marketing investment and prioritize partners and activities with

the greatest potential impact.

  • Develop value-added partner activations that differentiate the resorts beyond traditional

rate-led promotions.

B2B Campaigns & Content

  • Lead the development of compelling B2B marketing content and sales enablement

materials across the cluster.

  • Develop and maintain trade toolkits, resort presentations, fact sheets, destination

information, itineraries, experience guides, newsletters and digital partner assets.

  • Create targeted B2B campaigns highlighting the distinctive positioning, experiences and

commercial propositions of each property.

  • Ensure B2B storytelling communicates not only the accommodation offering but the

broader destination experience, including wellness, gastronomy, nature, culture, marine

experiences and signature luxury programming.

  • Work with creative, content, digital and property marketing teams to ensure high-quality,

current assets are available for trade partners across priority markets.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging while maintaining the individual positioning and brand

identity of each resort.

Trade PR & Communications

  • Work closely with the appointed PR agencies and Marriott Communications teams to

develop and execute a proactive Trade PR strategy across priority markets.

  • Provide PR agencies with clear commercial priorities, key messages, property updates

and relevant story angles to drive meaningful coverage across travel trade, hospitality and

tourism industry media.

  • Identify opportunities to amplify resort openings, new experiences, strategic partnerships,

commercial milestones, destination developments and key trade initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Sales and PR agencies to identify relevant trade media opportunities

around key industry events, sales missions, roadshows and trade shows.

  • Support the PR agency in identifying interviews, thought-leadership opportunities,

industry commentary, speaking engagements and panels for hotel and commercial

leadership.

  • Coordinate Trade PR activity across the individual properties to ensure a consistent

cluster approach while maintaining each resort's distinctive positioning.

  • Ensure alignment between Trade PR, consumer PR, B2B marketing and Sales priorities,

creating an integrated approach to market visibility and demand generation.

  • Work closely with Marriott regional communications and destination PR teams to align

key announcements and maximize opportunities for amplification.

  • Review and provide input into trade press releases, media pitches, briefing documents

and other communications developed by the PR agency.

  • Support the coordination of trade media visits and FAM trips where relevant, working

with Sales, property teams and the PR agency to ensure clear objectives and measurable

outcomes.

  • Monitor agency performance and Trade PR results, including quality of coverage,

priority-market penetration, key message delivery, share of voice and strategic industry

visibility.

Sales Enablement

  • Partner closely with Cluster Sales teams to understand commercial priorities, account

needs and market opportunities.

  • Develop marketing tools and campaigns that support sales missions, roadshows, trade

shows, sales calls, familiarization trips and key account engagement.

  • Support Sales with customized presentations, proposals and marketing materials for

priority accounts and strategic opportunities.

  • Develop pre-, during- and post-event communications to maximize the impact of major

luxury travel trade events.

  • Ensure Sales teams have easy access to current, brand-approved marketing materials,

destination content and resort information.

  • Identify opportunities where Marketing can enhance key account engagement and

strengthen the commercial proposition presented to trade partners.

Trade Engagement, Education & FAM Trips

  • Develop initiatives that build knowledge and advocacy among luxury travel advisors and

trade partners.

  • Support the creation of webinars, destination training, resort education sessions, advisor

communications and partner engagement programs.

  • Collaborate with Sales, PR agencies and property teams on strategic FAM trips and

advisor experiences, ensuring participants are selected against clear commercial and

communications objectives.

  • Develop communications that keep priority trade partners informed of new experiences,

offers, openings and destination developments.

  • Explore opportunities to build a strong community of luxury travel advisors who

understand and actively advocate for the Marriott Luxury Group portfolio within The Red

Sea and AMAALA.

Trade Events & Market Activations

  • Work with Sales to maximize the marketing impact of participation in key luxury travel

trade shows, roadshows, workshops and industry events.

  • Support the development of the cluster's presence, storytelling, collateral and partner

engagement strategy for key events.

  • Identify opportunities for targeted activations around priority trade shows and sales

missions.

  • Coordinate with PR agencies to leverage relevant trade media opportunities around key

events.

  • Develop follow-up communications and content to extend the value of trade participation

beyond the event itself.

Budget Management & Performance

  • Support the development and management of the annual B2B and Trade Marketing

budget across the cluster.

  • Allocate investment against strategic trade partnerships, B2B campaigns, content, events,

market activations and tactical opportunities.

  • Establish clear KPIs for B2B marketing, Trade PR and partner initiatives.
  • Track partner engagement, campaign reach, qualified leads, advisor participation, Trade

PR coverage, trade-generated demand and attributable revenue where measurable.

  • Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of trade marketing investment and provide

recommendations for optimization.

  • Maintain regular reporting across B2B activity, partnerships, Trade PR, investment and

commercial outcomes.
