Job Purpose: The Zonal Lead - Security-Tx is responsible for managing security operations across the cluster in alignment with business objectives and the Security Strategy Roadmap. This includes safeguarding infrastructure to ensure business continuity, fostering a secure environment for employees and stakeholders, and enhancing the security of designated protected. The role oversees fraud and misconduct prevention through a structured framework for detection, response, and continuous improvement. By conducting detailed security risk assessments, the Security Lead identifies, mitigates, and eliminates potential threats while ensuring the protection of tangible and intangible assets within the cluster.

Zonal Lead - Security-Tx

Security Strategy, Governance & Risk Management:

Ensure risk governance and regulatory compliance by aligning security strategies with corporate policies, mitigating threats, and standardizing security practices.

Strengthen intelligence gathering by fostering partnerships with law enforcement, administrative bodies, and media to mitigate emerging threats.

Conduct structured risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, implement mitigation measures, and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain audit readiness by conducting security audits, closing compliance gaps, and ensuring full statutory and corporate alignment.

Security Budgeting & Resource Optimization:

Optimize security spending by planning, monitoring, preventing overruns, and aligning expenditures with risk priorities and business needs.

Security Operations & Asset Protection:

Ensure uninterrupted security oversight, implementing real-time monitoring, and escalating incidents for immediate resolution.

Enhance surveillance systems by integrating analytics-driven security solutions and enforcing best practices.

Safeguard critical assets by enforcing Ring Security protocols, preventing unauthorized access, and strengthening operational vigilance through surprise checks and CCTV monitoring.

Access Control & Business Traffic Management:

Strengthen access control by enforcing verification protocols, tracking visitor movements, and ensuring compliance.

Optimize business traffic flow by verifying material movement and enforcing SOPs to ensure security measures are followed.

Crisis, Incident & Investigation Management:

Improve emergency response by designing, testing, and implementing crisis management plans.

Achieve sustained risk mitigation by eliminating recurring incidents through root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and optimizing security processes.

Enhance investigation capabilities by resolving fraud, theft, and security breaches through structured inquiry processes.

Stakeholder Management:

Optimize third-party security performance by enforcing SLAs, providing training, and conducting structured audits to ensure full compliance with corporate security standards.

Monitor contract compliance by overseeing outsourced personnel performance and verifying adherence to security protocols.

Team Management:

Drive workforce efficiency by tracking KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Achieve 100% compliance with KRONOS & Zentech by ensuring accurate personnel mapping, payroll validation, and contractor bill verification.

Security Infrastructure & Project Management:

Strengthen security infrastructure by implementing automation, surveillance enhancements, and technology upgrades.

Optimize security operations by seamlessly integrating security-related projects, enhancing efficiency, and reducing risk exposure.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or another relevant field.

Preferable to have Certifications including Certified Protection Professional (CPP) / Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) / Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) certification/ Physical Security Professional (PSP) / Industrial Security professional certifications/ Project Management Professional (PMP) (Value Addition).

Work Experience (Range of years):

More than 10 years of experience in the field of Security.

Rich experience leading Security operations of Access Control, Traffic Management, De-risking, Infra-structure and people protection, Fraud and misconduct investigation, Security technology solution, Security threat, Risk Assessment, Surveillance, and systems management for large sized site/ vertical/ work-unit, preferably spanning multiple geographies.
