Join Accor’s Commercial Team in Wellington

Are you highly organized, commercially minded, and passionate about sales, hospitality, and building business relationships? We are looking for a Cluster Sales Executive to support the sales success of Accor’s Wellington portfolio and play a key role in driving business-to-business (B2B) sales performance across our hotels.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and technology, and takes pride in delivering exceptional sales support and customer experiences.

About the Role:

As Cluster Sales Executive, you will provide sales administration, reporting, proposal development, CRM management, and business development support across corporate, groups, meetings, and events segments. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers and commercial teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the corporate sales lifecycle, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Support corporate account RFP and RFI processes across multiple hotels.
  • Create professional sales presentations, proposals, and business development collateral. ]
  • Assist with onboarding new corporate accounts and distribution channel testing.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and communication records within Accor's CRM platform (ANAIS).
  • Prepare detailed group, meeting, and event proposals with accurate and timely responses.
  • Support B2B marketing activations, events, hospitality initiatives, and RSVP management.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and analysis to support business development and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with Revenue teams to leverage CRM and PMS data for account insights and market opportunities.
  • Participate in prospecting and business development activities, including cold-calling initiatives.

About You:

You are an organized multitasker who can confidently manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy working with systems, data, and stakeholders and can communicate professionally at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, tourism, or a similar commercial environment.
  • Approximately 3 years' relevant industry experience.
  • A qualification in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM systems and business reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
