Accor London South Bank hotel cluster enjoys a prime location close to London’s dynamic financial district and many of the city’s iconic cultural attractions. The portfolio includes six hotels across four distinct brands; ibis, ibis Styles, Mercure and Novotel, offering a total of 1,146 guest rooms.
The cluster also features 26 versatile meeting and event spaces, accommodating up to 100 delegates, alongside 6 diverse food and beverage outlets, providing excellent opportunities to host meetings, events, and corporate gatherings.
As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue across the hotel cluster by selling MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and group business to corporate clients, agencies and associations.
You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across multiple market segments including corporate groups, sports, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to MICE or Corporates in the hotel industry – MICE Preferential
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in the following systems desirable: Opera Cloud, Delphi FDC/Back You and Lanyon/Cvent
Fluent in English - spoken & written.
