About the role:

We are seeking a Cluster Manager to lead, inspire and drive multiple NSW Boutiques to success. You will be a Scanlan Theodore ambassador, upholding exceptional client experience standards, establishing an impressive network of client relationships and developing your team to drive a strong sales result.

You will take ownership as a leader to:

• Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures
• Manage the Boutique effectively, leading by example and driving exceptional client experience standards
• Drive a commercial mindset for your team, leading them to achieve Key Performance Indicators
• Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities
• Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous demonstrated experience in a multi site retail management role, Australian designer or luxury fashion experience is advantageous
• A client-centric customer service approach
• Proven success in team member coaching or development
