Job Description

As a Cluster Manager in the Corporate Employee Solutions department, you will play a vital role in Kotak Mahindra Bank's success. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and guide a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they meet their targets and provide exceptional service to our corporate clients. You will be a key driver of business growth, identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions, maintaining high service standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Relationship Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance within the team.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, with a focus on employee solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
