About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to lead and inspire some of our top performing Brisbane Boutiques.
Working in partnership with the Boutique Managers and Regional Manager, the successful candidate will support the operations and strategic development of our boutiques.
The successful applicant will have strong managerial skills and the ability to effectively run the boutique’s daily operations. They will also bring VIP, eventing, and clienteling experience, particularly in skincare, along with the passion needed to inspire teams to achieve set KPIs and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of operations across three boutiques
Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to guests, measured against set objectives
Inspire, coach, and motivate boutique managers and their teams to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
Monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics across all boutiques, providing actionable insights and regular reports to drive business growth
Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience across all locations
Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and operational consistency across the cluster
About You:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail management experience
Inspire, coach, and motivate boutique managers and the teams to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
Monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics across all boutiques, providing actionable insights and regular reports to drive business growth
Demonstrated experience with managing across multiple boutiques is desirable
Ability to achieve and exceed targets and set objectives at a boutique level and across the region
Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
