We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Head – Retail Branch Banking to lead and manage a network of branches across the NCR region. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a superior customer experience across multiple branches within the cluster.

As a Cluster Head, you will oversee branch performance, guide branch managers, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in branch banking operations, sales management, and team leadership, along with the ability to manage profitability, compliance, and customer engagement across the cluster.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple retail branches, ensuring achievement of business targets across deposits, loans, and third-party products
• Drive branch banking growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics
• Oversee daily operations across branches, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of branch managers and frontline staff
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and service quality
• Ensure strong customer relationship management and enhance overall customer experience
• Identify business opportunities within the cluster and drive market penetration
• Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards
• Analyze branch performance data and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization and operational efficiency across the cluster

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of experience in branch banking, with strong exposure to retail banking operations
• Proven track record of managing multiple branches or a cluster in a banking environment
• Strong expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• In-depth understanding of branch operations, compliance, and risk management
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop large teams
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive business decisions
