Job Title

Cluster Head Germany & AustriaLead the commercial turnaround and growth of Germany, with Austria in scope and future potential to lead a broader direct-market cluster.

Diagnose the current German business quickly and translate the diagnosis into a focused 12-month growth and performance plan.

Own revenue, margin, forecast quality, pricing discipline and delivery against agreed commercial objectives.

Create a clear 80/20 view of hospitals, GPOs, buying groups and key clinical stakeholders; focus resources on the accounts that matter most.

Strengthen tender governance, bid/no-bid decisions, pricing discipline, contract follow-through and post-award execution.

Set expectations, coach performance, increase field productivity and make timely decisions on capability or coverage gaps.

Ensure the right territories, account ownership and customer-contact intensity, including resolution of uncovered or weakly covered areas.

Use practical dashboards and account-level data to drive weekly actions, monthly reviews and clear accountability.

Work closely with supply, finance, medical, regulatory, quality and commercial operations to resolve barriers and protect customer service.

Build a credible commercial plan across the core portfolio and prepare the market for future specialty and acquisition-led opportunities.

Provide disciplined commercial oversight of Austria and build a scalable model capable of supporting broader cluster responsibility in the future.

Direct team: Germany KAMs and the Germany & Austria Commercial Operations Lead. Matrix partners: International commercial performance, core brands, specialty, medical, regulatory, quality, supply chain, finance and local service providers.
