About the RoleAs Cluster Director of Sales, you will lead the overall sales function for both properties, shaping strategy and driving performance across a complex and high-value business mix. With responsibility for both reactive and proactive sales activities, you will ensure the achievement of revenue and booking objectives while strengthening long-term, value-based client relationships.
This is a pivotal leadership position, partnering closely with the General Managers, Revenue Management, Marketing and global sales networks. You will influence not only commercial outcomes, but also how each property is positioned in the market—bringing Marriott’s service philosophy and brand strategies to life through every touchpoint.
