Job Description
New Director of Sales - Luxury & Lifestyle role with International Hotel Company to be based in Mahe, Seychelles.
You will be responsible for 3 distinct luxury resorts.
• Cluster sales strategy and revenue performance across all 3 resorts
• Market penetration and share growth in key luxury leisure markets
• Relationships with luxury consortia, high-end travel advisors, DMCs and tour operators
• Leadership, coaching and development of the on-property sales team
• Close collaboration with the Commercial Director and regular international travel
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Director of Sales (or DoSM for a smaller high-end resort)
• Background in luxury / ultra-luxury or strong upper-upscale resort brands
• Proven track record in revenue performance and market share growth
• Established network within the luxury travel community
• Stable career story with clear success in previous postings
• Comfortable with island living on Mahé and frequent travel
• Russian language would be an advantage; English is essential
