You are the Digital Marketing Expert for Food & Beverage, the incumbent will manage the Food & Beverage Digital Marketing function of the designated Properties (Hotels/Resorts).

Managing digital/online business platform planning, executing, and measuring business impact in order to maximize awareness, and eventually bring-in traffic to restaurants/bars/outlets for long-term optimum growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing plans and strategies to drive online activities
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to online/digital platforms.
  • Drives sales performance by leveraging data-driven strategies to reach specific audiences, optimize conversion funnels, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital campaigns.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Perform any other tactical food & beverage digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in High Volume Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current online/digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably from Food & Beverage background.
  • Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills, and computer literacy.
