Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Cluster Business Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful transformation initiatives.

The client’s Payments Tribe is at the heart of a major financial group’s payment ecosystem, delivering smart, reliable, and cost-efficient payment services for entities worldwide. The Tribe manages and evolves a large portfolio of payment assets for multiple group entities. As a Senior Business Analyst within this Tribe, your mission is to translate business challenges into scalable, user-centric payment solutions. You will play a central role in the “Charges our” initiative, contributing at both initiative and cluster levels, and leading business analysis to improve charge flows, increase transparency and efficiency, and reduce manual operations. You will be pivotal in refining features, shaping use cases, and ensuring clarity throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Cluster Product Owner to scope and structure analysis work, focusing on excellence and client-centricity.
• Shape refinements by providing data-driven insights and structured business analysis.
• Translate insights into measurable data to track KPI evolution.
• Act as lead business analyst for the “charges our” initiative, working closely with cross-functional squads.
• Engage in a multi-year strategy requiring collaboration with operational teams and business representatives.
• Lead refinement and onboarding for new countries/entities, ensuring functional alignment and executing onboarding roadmaps in line with project milestones.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment across business, functional, and technical teams throughout the delivery cycle.
• Foster strong alignment and drive adoption of platforms across multi-entity teams, ensuring consistency in processes and tools.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Nice to have
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in international payments and investigations

Certification:

• Not applicable

Travel:

• Occasional travel to Paris or Lisbon (1-2 times per year)

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site, 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory:
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
• Strong expertise in MS Office
• Good understanding of IT and testing
• Experience with requirements management
• Preferable:
• Good knowledge of agile methodology

Business Experience:

• Mandatory:
• Solid track record in international payments, charges, and related operations; minimum 10 years’ experience
