Salary Range: $48,800.00 - $65,000.00 Salary

JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!
The Clubhouse Manager will maintain daily operations of amenity and recreational facilities while assisting residents in using the amenity facilities and oversee all clubhouse staff. The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the rules and regulations of the amenity facilities are being followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!
- Welcome residents and guests to the facility by conducting tours and provide welcome packets.
- Participate in daily operations, special events and activities of amenities.
- Monitor cleanliness of clubhouse and facilities.
- Oversee general day to day operations.
- Schedule clubhouse staff.
- General oversight of vendors.
- File and retrieve records and correspondence as needed for research.
- Maintain clean appearance of the amenities.
- Schedule events and rentals.
- Sell tickets for events and rentals.
- Monitor special events.
- The Clubhouse Manager position supervises the clubhouse department.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!
- 5-7 Years clubhouse management experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with community management preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!
- This is a largely sedentary role.
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting, clubhouse setting, and/or outdoors.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
