Since 1891, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) has provided high-quality, community-based youth development services to youth in San Francisco. This position is located at our vibrant Mission Clubhouse, deeply rooted in serving the neighborhood's youth and families. Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Clubhouse Services, the Clubhouse Director is in charge of the Mission Clubhouse, providing vision, high-level leadership, and daily operational oversight. The Clubhouse Director is ultimately responsible for managing team members, program delivery, data-driven outcome measurement, strategic community partnerships, risk management, facility maintenance, and fiscal budget management while cultivating a safe, aspirational, and positive Club culture.

The salary range for this position is $92,000–$100,000 annual. Final compensation is determined based on a range of factors, including skill set, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. Candidates may be hired at the entry, mid, or senior level of the range depending on qualifications and position requirements.
As part of the hiring process, BGCSF requires candidates to complete LiveScan fingerprinting, a background check, and a tuberculosis (TB) evaluation or test.
