Job Location: Park Tower Condominium Assoc - Chicago, IL 60640
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: DayDuties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool and surrounding areas during hours of operation.
- Contact Habitat team members in the event of on-site emergencies
- Complete incident reports, when necessary
- Assist with resident inquiries and activities (e.g. moving tables and chairs, etc.)
- Maintain quality of pool water, contacting the maintenance team if issues arise
- Report noise violations and other forms of misconduct to Community Manager
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Perform other related duties as assigned

QualificationsSkills and

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service/retail experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work weekdays, nights and weekends required
- Ability to work independently or in a team
