What You’ll Do:
As a Performance Coaching Placement Student, you will work closely with the Performance Coaching and Group Fitness teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our members.

This includes:

• Booking of Performance Coach appointments, Group Performance Coaching & Group Fitness check ins, and recommending appropriate classes and programs based on the member’s fitness goals.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of and promoting programs, products and services. Serves as point of contact for Cardio & Fitness Equipment for member “how to” questions and inquiries.
• Conducting New Member orientation sessions
• Participating in training and Development, online learning, Departmental meetings
• Assisting with all administrative tasks relating to the Personal Training team as required

We’re looking for an individual who is customer focused and enjoys administrative functions. You have a good knowledge of Health and Fitness programs and are eager to learn more. The successful candidate will be enrolled in a post secondary program with a focus on Health and Fitness that requires unpaid placement hours to graduate, as this is an unpaid position.
