As a Analyst, Systems Optimization, you will directly influence how our Club Members, Owners, and Team Members interact with our systems—ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across platforms.


We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive team member who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow their systems and operational expertise.

Required:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HVC or HGV Club
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality or vacation ownership
  • Familiarity with digital systems and platforms used in Club Operations
  • Ability to review/edit HTML, images, or PDFs

In this role, you will partner across teams to support system functionality, content accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:

Digital Content Management:

  • Maintain and update content across all Club digital platforms
  • Perform pre- and post-quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency

Systems Optimization & Testing:

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across platforms (websites, mobile apps, VOICE, Clarity, AS400, TSW, CXone)
  • Validate enhancements and releases against business requirements
  • Document and communicate findings to stakeholders

Issue Resolution & Help Desk Support:

  • Support the Club help desk by triaging and resolving tickets
  • Analyze issues to determine if they are defects, enhancements, or user errors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution

Process & Documentation:

  • Maintain subject matter expertise across Club systems and programs
  • Develop and manage SOP documentation and knowledge libraries
