We proudly own and operate six golf courses across WA, including Joondalup Resort, Meadow Springs Golf & Country Club, Secret Harbour Golf Links, The Cut Golf Course, Maylands Golf Course and Embleton Golf Course, as well as Aravina Estate Winery in Margaret River.

We are currently seeking a Club Membership Coordinator to join our team.

The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members while supporting the administration, retention and growth of the Club's membership programs.

About the Role

Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, your duties may include:

• Managing membership enquiries via telephone, email and in person
• Administering membership applications, interviews, inductions and onboarding activities
• Maintaining accurate membership records, databases and filing systems
• Preparing and distributing membership correspondence, including renewals, resignations and category changes
• Processing membership payments, subscriptions, joining fees and related financial transactions
• Coordinating member communications, newsletters, website updates and promotional information
• Preparing membership reports, statistics and administrative documentation
• Maintaining registers for lockers, access cards and associated waiting lists
• Providing administrative support to the Club Secretary and other departments as required
• Assisting with Club governance administration and acting as Club Secretary during periods of leave or absence

• What We're Looking For
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience providing professional customer service to members, guests and stakeholders
• Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments

Employment Conditions

• Casual position
• Potential to transition to a permanent part-time position for the right candidate
• Classified under the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award – Grade 2
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak membership periods and Club events
