We’re currently seeking an experienced Club Manager for Anytime Fitness Yarrabilba. This role is suited to a confident leader with prior club management experience, proven sales ability, strong administrative skills, and a genuine passion for fitness. You’ll oversee daily club operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and lead a high-energy team focused on delivering outstanding member experiences.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous club management experience (fitness industry experience highly regarded)

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
• Fun, energetic personality who enjoys engaging with people and promoting the club externally
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
• Confident with content creation and comfortable appearing on camera
• Sociable, outgoing, and team-oriented

Self-starter who thrives while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work some Saturdays is essential

The Role:

In this role you will be contracted to cover as Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Yarrabilba, with the opportunity to review future roles within the JVC Group after the contract period.

Primary responsibilities include ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the club. Your focus will be on driving sales growth through targeted call drives, strategic promotions, local marketing initiatives, and exceptional customer service.
