As a Club Lounge Manager, you will deliver elevated, personalized services to our valued guests, serving as a key ambassador of the hotel’s luxury experience. This role involves guest check-in and check-out, concierge services, food and beverage offerings within the Club Lounge, and proactive guest engagement. It is ideal for a service-oriented professional who values attention to detail, anticipatory service, and seamless collaboration within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities Club Lounge Operations & Guest Services
Provide personalized check-in and check-out services for Club Lounge eligible guests in a professional and efficient manner.
Welcome guests warmly and act as a primary point of contact throughout their stay.
Handle guest inquiries and requests related to hotel facilities, services, and local information.
Coordinate concierge services, including transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and special requests.
Food & Beverage Service
Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages in the Club Lounge in accordance with brand standards and hygiene regulations.
Ensure timely replenishment, cleanliness, and presentation of lounge offerings throughout service periods.
Engage with guests proactively to enhance their lounge experience through attentive and refined service.
Guest Experience & Service Quality
Deliver courteous, personalized, and brand-aligned service at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences, creating memorable and tailored experiences.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and minor concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.
Support a seamless guest journey by coordinating closely with Front Office and other operational teams.
Accuracy, Compliance & Brand Standards
Ensure accuracy in guest information, room assignments, and service records.
Comply with IHG brand standards, service procedures, and operational guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection and security policies.
Operational Support
Support daily lounge operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Assist with inventory control, equipment management, and operational checklists.
Participate in training sessions, service audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Concierge teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Share guest feedback and operational insights to enhance overall service quality and guest satisfaction.
What We Need From You Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience
Prior experience in hotel front office, or customer service is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong hospitality mindset may be considered.
Experience using Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (business level).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Guest-focused mindset with strong service etiquette.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented attitude with strong reliability and integrity.
Willingness to learn systems, brand standards, and operational procedures.
