Club Leader - Brand New Padel Club

Chesterfield

35 Hours Per Week

Salary: £24,000basic + Commission + Coaching Opportunities

Are you passionate about padel and excited by the opportunity to help build a thriving community from the ground up?

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing and ambitious Club Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new padel venue. This is far more than an operational role — you'll be the face of the club, the driving force behind the community and a key part of growing one of the UK's fastest-growing sports.

Whether you're already a qualified padel coach or looking to take that next step, we'd love to hear from you. If you're not yet qualified, we'll support you in gaining your coaching qualification, giving you the opportunity to deliver private coaching sessions outside of your club responsibilities.

The Opportunity

From organising events and leagues to creating engaging social media content and building relationships with local players, you'll be at the heart of everything that happens at the club.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the face of the club and creating an outstanding experience for every visitor

• Building and growing a strong local padel community

• Managing the club's social media presence and promoting events, leagues and activities

• Organising competitions, social events, coaching programmes and member initiatives

• Ensuring the courts, facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard

• Managing bookings, customer communications and day-to-day club operations

• Supporting coaching delivery and developing your own coaching opportunities

• Driving participation, revenue and community engagement across the venue

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about padel and excited by the sport's growth

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Highly organised and proactive

• Comfortable being the public face of a club and engaging with members both in person and online

• Enthusiastic about coaching and player development

• Motivated by the opportunity to help build something special from day one

Padel coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for the sport, your ability to engage people and your desire to create an exceptional club environment.
