About the Role

The Concierge/Host serves as a welcoming first point of contact for Champions Social Club members and guests, setting the tone for an exceptional Club experience from the moment they arrive. This position welcomes and assists members and guests, manages reservations and seating, answers Club inquiries, supports membership registration, and helps maintain a seamless flow throughout the dining and social spaces.

The ideal candidate is warm, polished, engaging, and highly attentive to detail. They enjoy building relationships, anticipating needs, and creating personalized experiences while maintaining the professionalism and elevated service standards expected within a premier private social club.

**This is a part-time, hourly role with evenings, weekends and holiday availability expected/required. Compensation ranges between $18.00 - $20.00/hr.**

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, polished, and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all Champions Social Club members and guests.
• Greet and recognize members and guests, assist with inquiries, and provide knowledgeable information regarding dining, membership, Club amenities, events, and experiences.
• Manage restaurant reservations, seating assignments, waitlists, and dining room flow while maintaining appropriate table rotation and service balance.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and accurately, assisting with reservations, general questions, and member requests.
• Assist prospective and visiting guests with membership information, registration, and accurate entry of required information into Club systems.
• Maintain awareness of daily Club activities, dining menus, specials, events, and membership offerings to confidently assist members and guests.
• Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, management, and other Club departments to ensure a seamless member and guest experience.
• Anticipate member needs and address questions, concerns, or service opportunities promptly, professionally, and discreetly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and guest-ready host and concierge area throughout the shift.
• Support the safety and security of members, guests, and team members by promptly communicating unusual or concerning activity to management or Security.
• Uphold Champions Social Club's service standards, policies, procedures, and culture while consistently providing exceptional hospitality.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support Club operations and the overall member experience.

Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous host, concierge, restaurant, hotel, private club, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience within an upscale hospitality or high-volume service environment is a plus.
• Warm, professional, and engaging presence with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage reservations, seating, telephone inquiries, and multiple member or guest needs simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing reservation, membership, and POS systems.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with members, guests, and team members.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on Club operational needs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical activities necessary to support daily Club operations. Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced restaurant and social club environment.
