About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to join the team at Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club on a 12 month fixed term contract.

About Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club

Located within one of London's most historic landmarks, Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club is a unique partnership between Reignwood, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Château Latour.

The Club offers members an exclusive environment featuring elegant dining spaces, private lounges, a members' bar, cigar experiences, and the renowned Château Latour dining experience. Service is highly personalised, discreet, and delivered to the highest standards.

The role

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences throughout the Club.

Working across the Members' Dining Room, Members' Bar, private meeting spaces, and Club lounges, you will build strong relationships with members while providing polished, intuitive, and personalised service.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional and personalised food and beverage service throughout the Club
• Build meaningful relationships with members and provide tailored service based on their preferences
• Confidently take food and beverage orders while making knowledgeable recommendations
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standards of presentation and timing
• Develop strong knowledge of menus, wines, spirits, and Club offerings
• Prepare and maintain service stations to ensure smooth daily operations
• Anticipate member needs and respond with professionalism and discretion
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service across all Club spaces
• Maintain Four Seasons standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times

What we are looking for

• Previous experience within a luxury restaurant, hotel, private members club, or similar hospitality environment
• Experience within a private members club is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Positive attitude and team focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, quality driven environment
• Good spoken and written English
• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave
• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Monday to Friday operation with no regular weekend working
• Shifts scheduled across mornings and evenings
