We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Club Chief Concierge to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team!

Responsibilities

  • The Chief Concierge is responsible for leading, managing and development of the concierge team. Including curating elevated guest experiences internally & externally.
  • Supports the concierge team in responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs, requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Trains, onboards & develops concierge team.
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. Including, assisting guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Coordinates restaurant & transportations reservations.
  • Build business relationships with local venues & attractions.
  • Consistently updates local events calendar.
  • Helps processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail in an accurate and timely manner. Additionally, stores and retrieves packages.
  • Coordinates with Valet parking team to ensure the prompt retrieval of their vehicle.
  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements.
  • Helps ensure that the Lobby, and other Common Areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times
  • Build and establishes a strong & professional rapport with guests/residents maintaining an excellent customer relationship.
  • Assists with guest experience responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team member or due to heavy volume.

Qualifications

  • Les Clefs d’Or is preferred.
  • Must have previous luxury hotel experience.
  • 5 star Forbes standards experience is preffered.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
