About Us
At Oseca, we believe wellbeing is key to thriving communities. As a Not-for-Profit, community-based organisation, we empower individuals to achieve optimal health through compassionate, inclusive services that break down barriers to care. Whether it's preventive care, education, or tailored wellbeing services, we are here to make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
The Clozapine Coordinator supports the delivery of the Clozapine Clinical Care Coordination service across the South West region, assisting General Practitioners (GPs) and authorised medical

The role provides clinical care coordination, mental and physical health monitoring, medication support and service navigation for individuals receiving Clozapine treatment, particularly during transition from inpatient care to community-based support. The position works collaboratively
