Job Description

HAYPP GROUP

We address one of the world’s biggest problems – how to end smoking. There are 1,1 billion smokers in the world. Around 8 million people die every year from smoking-related diseases. Our goal is to significantly reduce death rates, save lives and inspire people to choose smoke-free enjoyment. How? By offering people other nicotine products online.

Haypp Group is one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce groups with eleven store brands, present in seven countries where we serve more than 1 million active consumers. Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online as well as disposable vapes. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 300 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. Also, we are an innovative and fast-moving company that is growing rapidly, driving sustainable business and are changing the world in the process. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to smoke-free alternatives across all our markets globally.

THE ROLE

At Haypp Group, we’re evolving our IT environment to be smarter, faster, and more secure across multiple cloud platforms. We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong IAM knowledge to help us build, manage, and improve secure cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

This role is ideal for someone who combines solid cloud engineering experience with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, federation, and cloud security. You will play a key role in strengthening our multicloud environment, improving secure access across platforms, and helping us build scalable and future-ready ways of working.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Cloud Engineer at Haypp Group, you will work hands-on with our cloud platforms and identity landscape. You will:

  • Design, build, and maintain secure cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP

  • Strengthen our IAM and identity provider strategy, especially around integrating Entra ID with AWS and GCP for SSO, MFA, and unified access

  • Implement and improve identity federation, access governance, and role-based / least-privilege access models across cloud platforms

  • Manage and improve access for users, groups, applications, and workloads across internal and third-party services

  • Drive cloud and IT projects that improve scalability, compliance, resilience, and security

  • Automate repetitive tasks and cloud workflows using tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, or similar

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate new SaaS applications and cloud services with secure authentication and access controls

  • Maintain and improve documentation, operational routines, troubleshooting guides, and disaster recovery playbooks

  • Monitor cloud environments, support audits, and help implement best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on cloud engineering experience and a clear understanding of IAM in modern cloud environments. We believe you have experience with:

  • Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform, ideally with solid exposure to at least two of them

  • IAM, SSO, MFA, and federation across cloud platforms

  • Entra ID / Azure AD, AWS IAM, and ideally Google Cloud IAM

  • Identity and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect

  • Integrating cloud platforms and SaaS applications with central identity providers

  • Scripting and automation for provisioning, reporting, and operational improvements

  • Working with cloud security principles such as least privilege, conditional access, and Zero Trust

  • Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

It’s a plus if you also have experience with:

  • Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools

  • Workload identity and service-to-service authentication

  • IT service management and asset management in multicloud environments

  • Compliance or security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2, or DORA

  • Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, or similar workplace platforms

  • Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft 365

Examples of projects you may work on:

  • Integrating Entra ID with AWS and GCP to create a more seamless and secure access model

  • Improving SSO and MFA across business-critical internal and third-party applications

  • Migrating legacy systems and services into a more modern, cloud-first setup

  • Rolling out stronger Zero Trust principles across our cloud environment

  • Automating user lifecycle, access provisioning, and compliance reporting

  • Supporting secure onboarding of new SaaS tools and business applications

  • Improving disaster recovery and cloud resilience across multiple platforms

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Takes ownership and enjoys solving real business and technical challenges

  • Has a strong quality and security mindset

  • Is proactive and enjoys improving processes through automation

  • Likes collaborating across teams and building trust with stakeholders

  • Is curious and keeps up with modern cloud, IAM, and security practices

  • Can balance hands-on delivery with long-term thinking
