The Transformation Consulting role focuses on the consumers of the Cloud Services services, capabilities, and platform product, including the Line of Business Owners, Developers and Application Owners, to understand their business outcomes and needs and then work with the technology providers and operators to maximize the platforms’ potential and deliver the appropriate value. About the job:
- Communicate the business value of the Private Cloud to C-Level, VP and Director level executives and formulating a strategy and prioritized backlog with IT Executives and Management to realize the platform vision.
- Engage with various stakeholders to capture the problems, challenges, and opportunities, which need to be addressed to deliver a more efficient platform and service and collaborate with various subject matter experts to formulate an incremental plan covering people, processes, and technology.
- Utilize principles such as embedded observability, automation and simplification to guide the Platform operations and delivery teams to provide a more efficient or LEAN platform and services which align to business outcomes.
- The Transformation Consulting Architect is a strategic role, which combines the competencies of strategy consulting, thought leadership and IT transformation
What you provide:
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the field of Data Centers:
- Expert on building Private Cloud Processes and governance Models based on VCF Vmware solution
- Able to build Strategically plan with sales, pre-sales and the customer to build out customer transformation journeys and delivery roadmaps.
- Able to provide input to scope and support Transformation sales opportunities, creating high-quality business cases, and customer use cases for governing and operating private and Hybrid cloud solutions.
- Expert on reviewing customer practices and operating models, defining improvement roadmaps and assist customers with the implementation of recommendations utilizing industry best practices and driving the adoption of VMware solutions.
- Expertise with Deliver and facilitate workshops designed to drive customer outcomes within projects, influencing business and IT strategy through the delivery of Transformation Consulting service offerings.
- Develop, contribute to, and promote awareness of Transformation Consulting Portfolio Services and delivery best practices.
- Design and implement modern practices utilizing industry recognized frameworks, such as ITIL, DevOps, SCRUM, Agile etc.
- Assist team growth by contributing to delivery excellence training, cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing of good practices.
- Should be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Expert on VMware Solutions like vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF
- Experience on design virtualization and /or Cloud infrastructure environments
