This role is for a Cloud Engineer/Sr Cloud Engineer(AWS) . We want you to be innovative and results-driven. We put a lot of emphasis on Teamwork and collaboration. We expect all our employees to be agile, resourceful and fast learners. This role involves creating solutions for complex real-time scenarios, deploying and maintaining large scale solutions

  • Perform technical problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate customer technical issues. Collaborate with Client spoc, and other Tech Vedika L2 teams to resolve service interruption problems as per SLA.
  • Assess, analyze, and make technical recommendations to improve customer supported systems
  • Perform system configuration changes / updates based on SOP.
  • Effective communication, ensure customers are well informed
  • Where appropriate, perform customer follow-ups to gather further information to drive issues through to resolution
  • Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Update daily/ weekly status reports

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Graduate / Engineering with good communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Fair understanding of system management including Email/Chat
  • Ability to work independently and with other members of the technical and operations teams.
  • Zeal to learn new cloud technologies pertaining to AWS and services
  • Good problem-solving skills & interpersonal skills Additional Qualifications: AWS cloud practitioner and Linux.
