
Synechron is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with extensive expertise in .NET development and enterprise architecture to drive strategic technology projects. Software Requirements
Required Software Proficiency:
NET Framework / .NET Core (latest versions, e.g., .NET 6 or 7) — advanced experience developing enterprise applications supporting scalable, secure systems
C# programming language — strong hands-on experience and expertise in multi-layered application development
Development tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code — proficient in code editing, debugging, and deployment support
Databases: SQL Server, Oracle — deep understanding of schema design, query optimization, and data integration
Version control: Git, Bitbucket — extensive experience managing source code, branches, and collaboration workflows
Preferred Software Skills:
Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP — experience deploying, scaling, and supporting cloud-native systems (preferred)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent
8 to 10 years of enterprise software development experience supporting large, scalable systems in regulated environments
Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent (preferred)
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, compliant enterprise solutions supporting digital transformation
