Our technology stack:
We primarily work with Java, while also using other programming languages such as Scala or others when it better fits the solution. We build services with Spring Boot and leverage cloud-native services such as Cloud Functions, Google Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Bigtable.
In addition, our team supports a range of container-based microservices, and you will work with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
We also use Hadoop for data storage and processing, along with Apache ecosystem tools such as Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration. For large-scale data processing, streaming, and storage, we use Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and Apache Hive.
At the same time, we are actively migrating our solutions to the Google Cloud platform.
About our team:
Analytics and Reporting team in Riga, as part of a group of developers focused on Big Data and reporting solutions.
We value ideas and initiatives, and actively share knowledge within the team. Team members have varying levels of experience, and as a more experienced colleague, you will support and guide others by sharing your expertise.
We are part of the Accounts & Payments domain, which includes around 350 colleagues across different tech areas and business divisions.
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
