[ Client] A Global Indian ICT Service Company based in Tokyo　

[Nature of Job] Oracle SCM Cloud solution architect, providing deliverables/ consulting to end clients

[Company Size] Mid size (~250 employees), more than 25 years in business in Japan　

[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time　

[Salary Range] 10 - 16 million JPY yearly (annual salary package, bonus/ incentive inclusive) 

[Work Location] Onsite /end-client office work in central Tokyo. Subject to change depending on the situation. Walk-in distance from the nearest station.

[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly)　

 [Team Structure] Global tech service client, local and global business team

[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (business level of English, and native level of Japanese). Eligible to work in Japan full time as an engineer at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:

主にOracle Fusion CloudのSCM Cloudモジュールのソリューションリード/アーキテクトとして業務を遂行

クライアントとのソリューション協議の主導、プロセスワークショップの推進、SITやUAT等テストサイクルの推進、技術開発、デプロイメント、SIT/UATの欠陥解決、本番インシデントサポート管理・統制

クライアントのビジネスSME、プロセスコンサルタント、他のモジュールのITチームと連携し、要件を理解・分析、確実にタイムリーかつ高品質なタスクのデリバリーを実施

日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル

5年以上のクライアント対面業務経験（コンサルティング業務）

日本語でのビジネスレベルのライティングスキル

Oracle ERPの15年以上の実務経験

2 つ以上のSCM Cloud プロジェクトをソリューションリードとしてエンドツーエンドで実施した経験（特に受注管理、在庫管理、調達、プランニング、製造のうち 2 つ以上の分野歓迎）

クライアントのワークショップセッション、ソリューションのディスカッションを日本語で円滑に進める

Order Management Cloud（受注管理）、Inventory Cloud（在庫管理）、Mfg Cloud（製造）、Planning Cloud（プランニング）、Procurement Cloud（調達）のうち2/3以上の分野でソリューションを推進する能力

コンサルタントが提供するソリューションのレビュー

コンフィギュレーション、ソリューションの詳細事項特定、機能仕様の作成・レビューの実務を円滑に進められる

Oracle Cloud ウェブサービスの十分な知識 Cloudでデータ変換プロセスをエンドツーエンドで実施する良いアイディアを有する

製造業/ハイテク業界での業界経験歓迎

実装のベストプラクティス、過去のSCM Cloudプロジェクトの経験を活用し、適用する能力
