We are seeking for a Cloud Solution Architect, who will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in client technology. As Identity and Security technical subject matter expert you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Identity and Security Solutions. Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.
Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers). Be the Identity and Security subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra including
Enterprise app: integration, SSO, app permissions, consent framework, Graph API, governance process in a large-scale environment
B2B concepts and governance
Strong knowledge in either Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps including
Advance Hunting, Investigation and Response
App Governance
Configuration and Optimization
Or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint:
Configuration and Optimization
Advanced Hunting, Investigation and Response
Cross-Platform
Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluency in both written and verbal English & German languages is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Entra ID Governance.
Familiarity and certification with other Microsoft Security technologies, such as Defender for Office 365, Sentinel or Active Directory.
