Cloud Solution Architect – Global Delivery (SharePoint)

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – SharePointin Global Delivery, you will provide deep technical expertise across SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and hybrid environments, supporting enterprise customers through architecture design, deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

You will work with complex, large‑scale SharePoint environments, helping customers modernize, secure, and scale their collaboration platforms while ensuring reliability, performance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical authority for Microsoft Power Platform
  • Lead and deliver customer engagements focused on:
    • Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven)
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
    • Power Pages
  • Design and support enterprise‑scale Power Platform architectures, including:
    • Application design patterns
    • Workflow automation
    • Data modeling with Dataverse
    • Integration with external systems and APIs
  • Support customers in governance, security, and lifecycle management, including:
    • Environment strategy
    • DLP policies
    • ALM and solution management
    • Capacity and performance considerations
  • Enable customers to scale Power Platform adoption through:
    • Best practices
    • Reference architectures
    • Reusable delivery assets and playbooks
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • Field CSAs
    • Account teams
    • Partners

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience delivering Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments
  • Hands‑on expertise with:
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven)
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Application lifecycle management (ALM)
    • Governance and security models
    • Data integration and APIs
  • Experience delivering customer‑facing technical engagements (remote or hybrid)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in Italian is mandatory
