Job Role

The Presales Solution Architect – Azure Data & AI will be responsible for designing enterprise-scale data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions built on Microsoft Azure. This role serves as a trusted technical advisor throughout the presales lifecycle, working closely with customers, sales teams, and delivery consultants to understand business requirements and architect end-to-end cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Azure Data & AI services with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused solution architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end Azure Data & AI solution architectures and prepare technical documentation, solution diagrams, and proposals.
• Architect modern data platforms utilizing Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Power BI.
• Design and optimize enterprise data models supporting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Develop scalable, high-performing, and cost-efficient cloud architectures that support growing business requirements.
• Implement security best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance standards for enterprise data platforms.
• Provide technical consultation and solution guidance to customers throughout the presales engagement.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, implementation consultants, and technology partners.
• Present solution architectures and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft Azure Data & AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Presales Consulting, or Technical Consulting with a focus on Microsoft Azure Data & AI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance principles.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise customers, sales teams, delivery consultants, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with Microsoft Azure technologies and AI innovations.
• Professional proficiency in English. Thai language proficiency is highly preferred for customer engagement within Thailand.
