We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect focused on Cloud & AI Data to help enterprise customers build unified, governed, secure, and AI-ready data estates on Microsoft Azure. In this customer-facing role, you will work with business and technology leaders to connect strategic priorities with architecture decisions, delivery roadmaps, and measurable production outcomes.
You will lead technical engagements spanning data platform modernization, analytics, databases, governance, and AI-ready data foundations. You will help customers move from early experimentation and proofs of concept to secure, resilient, and production-grade solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Database for MySQL, Cosmos DB, and related Azure data and AI capabilities.This opportunity will allow you to deepen your technical leadership, strengthen your business and industry acumen, and develop repeatable approaches that help customers accelerate adoption and realize value from their Microsoft investments. · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
o AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
o OR equivalent experience.
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
o AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
o AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
o OR equivalent experience.
· 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
· 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
· Experience leading production data platform engagements in two or more of the following areas: Microsoft Fabric and analytics; Azure Databricks and data engineering; Azure SQL and open-source databases; data governance; or production data foundations for AI solutions.
· Experience with enterprise architecture considerations such as security, governance, data quality, metadata management, resiliency, performance optimization, capacity planning, operational readiness, and cost management. Relevant Cloud, Data, Analytics, Database, AI, or Security certifications are preferred.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year.
