Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
• Drive Customer Success Lead architectural design, engaging business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
• Leverage Agentic AI Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
• Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.
• Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution. 
• Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.

4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
OR 4+ years experience working on technical M365/Power Platform/Copilot Studio projects.
Deep knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of Cloud/collaboration environments.
Certification in one or moreof the following technologies preferred:
M365 fundamentals, M365 Copilot fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform/Copilot Studio platforms, Microsoft Azure fundamentals, Cloud Security, Teams Administration, SharePoint Certifications, PROSCI /Change Management Qualifications.
Business Analysis:
Identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, process improvement, organizational change, or strategic planning and policy development.
Relationship Building
Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects. 
Technical Solution Development
Developing technical solutions and ability to design, customize, or reapply technical solutions based on customer/partner needs or demands.
Fluency in SaaS solutions; particularly all Microsoft 365 offerings.
Domain experience Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solutions, and understanding of how Microsoft Security, compliance, and identity solutions that can span across these solution areas to provide a holistic and end-to-end solution.
Competitive Landscape knowledge of cloud and AI platforms. Understanding of M365 partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
Breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with depth / SME in two or more of the following M365 solutions:
• M365 Copilot
• Power Platform/Copilot Studio
• Azure Foundry
• IDM, Information Protection & Compliance.
• Governance & Risk Management
Collaboration and Communication:
• Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
