In the Modern Work Customer Success Unit in the UK, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end Modern Work thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes.
We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with expertise in enabling and deploying Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling customers to accelerate their AI transformation through AI Business Solutions on the Microsoft platform. A key focus of this role is driving Adoption and Change Management (ACM) to ensure customers not only deploy Copilot technologies effectively, but also embed them into their workflows to realise long-term value.
As a CSA, you will lead key relationships with customers, guiding them to maximise the value of their Microsoft investments through solution architecture, implementation support, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND demonstrable years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent industry experience.
