The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) empowers customers to maximize the value of their Microsoft business applications ecosystem by delivering high quality architectures, accelerating adoption, and driving operational excellence across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics AX Acting as the customer’s advocate, the CSA translates business needs into scalable, industry aligned solutions while ensuring secure, resilient, and well governed ERP implementations.
In this role, the CSA collaborates closely with engineering, sales, partners, and customer teams to remove technical blockers, enhance solution performance, and expand utilization of D365 F&O and related Azure services. With deep expertise in Microsoft ERP platforms, strong business acumen, and a clear understanding of organizational change, the CSA guides organizations through successful digital transformation—leveraging best practices, governance frameworks, and robust solution design to achieve long term adoption and measurable value.
