Job Description

The Strategy and Transformation (S&T) Finance team manages all financial aspects of the S&T organization.S&T is driving all programs and processes to make PepsiCo a global leader in data, AI and technology first business solutions.The Cloud Services Finance Manager is a critical leader within the finance team who will partner with all S&T technology teams on cloud services cost planning, management and analysis analysis.The S&T Finance team is a global finance team reporting directly to the PepsiCo CFO.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the S&T FinOps practitioners on cloud services cost management
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan, periodic budget and forecast reviews and cloud services cost allocations
  • Partner with S&T Finance, S&T Functions and FinOps to develop, implement cost management, productivity and standard KPIs for cloud related spending
  • Support strategic cloud vendor contract negotiations partnering with Vendor Management, Procurement and Finance to analyze all aspects of the agreements and support business case development
  • Support the development of operating KPIs to support cost management supporting digital/technology spending in four critical categories: labor, software, infrastructure and managed services
  • Support the multi-year productivity programs across S&T Capabilities teams
  • Partner with multiple functions to establish a quarterly process to collect new ongoing costs to sustain newly launched digital products and solutions
  • Partner with central planning on all aspects of the Annual Operating Plan and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Partner with multiple functions on all financial processes and work with global capability service towers to ensure end-to-end process outcomes
  • Senior stakeholder management S&T leadership, PGT leadership, Finance leadership

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years with operational Financial Planning and Analysis experience, with a focus on Information Technology and Consumer Products
  • 3+ years managing or supporting cloud services financial planning and cost management
  • Experience with cost management across an operational P&L (function, market, region)
  • Experience leading the financial processes for large scale transformational programs
  • Experience presenting to cross function executive management and communicating to multiple types of technical disciplines (e.g., finance, IT, operations)
  • Experience coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes across multi-discipline functions, funding sources and time horizons
  • Bachelor's degree required
