The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of energy and possess a comprehensive understanding of operational delivery. This includes effective collaboration with service desk teams, engineering staff, and leaders in global incident, problem, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
Over five years of experience serving as a MAC Operations Engineer
Extensive expertise supporting macOS within enterprise environments
Proficient in advanced troubleshooting involving: macOS internals, log analysis, system utilities, application deployment and resolution of application failures, as well as network and VPN-related MAC issues
Experienced with:
Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management

Note: This role involves a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including on-call support.
