As a CBSP Cloud Ops Support Person, you will be the primary engine behind our order provisioning ecosystem. This role is not just about monitoring; it’s about ensuring the seamless flow of data from storefront to cloud. You will manage the critical path between Magento (our commerce entry point) and our homegrown CBSP (Cloud Business Service Platform).
Because CBSP is a unique, proprietary platform, you will need a developer’s mindset to navigate its internal portals and a cloud architect’s understanding of how metadata translates into live resources across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Sprint Participation: While primarily operations-focused, you will contribute to development sprints focused on improving the CBSP portal’s efficiency.
