Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Own the full PDLC from vision, strategy, roadmap and commercial success of in-house cloud products and reusable intellectual property.
2. Identify repeatable customer problems and convert proven delivery assets into scalable, multi-tenant and supportable cloud products.
3. Lead customer discovery, market analysis, competitive assessment, business-case development and product-market-fit validation.
4. Define product requirements, user journeys, service tiers, architecture principles, security controls, integrations and acceptance criteria.
5. Prioritise the product backlog and releases based on customer value, strategic differentiation, revenue potential, delivery effort and risk.
6. Work closely with Cloud Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, Security, Managed Services, Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery from concept to launch.
7. Establish ownership and protection of source code, reusable components, documentation, trademarks, licensing terms and other product IP.
8. Define pricing, packaging, unit economics, consumption model, margin targets, partner incentives and go-to-market plans.
9. Drive product launch, sales enablement, customer onboarding, adoption, service operations, roadmap feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• More than 5 years in cloud, product management, solutioning, software platforms or commercialisation, including ownership of enterprise technology products from concept to market.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related discipline. Relevant cloud, product-management, agile or commercial certification is preferred.
