Job Specification: Cloud Practitioner with PMP Certification

Position: Cloud Practitioner

Certification Required:

• PMP Certification

Proven Work Track Record:

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud implementation and maintenance.

   • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud.
   • Context: Experience must be with a government or private entity utilized by multiple business units.
   • Specifics: Must include a contact center with at least 20 seats across sales and assurance teams.

2. Maintenance and Support
   • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of maintaining and supporting Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud.
   • Context: Experience must be with a government and/or private entity.
   • Specifics: Must include a contact center with at least 20 seats.

3. Certificates & Accreditation
   • Team Composition: Names and qualifications of key personnel must be provided.
   • Roles: Indicate who is the Team Leader and who are the supporting members.
   • Certification: At least one certified Communications Cloud Practitioner must be part of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud solutions.
• Maintain and support existing Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure the system meets the needs of the contact center and other departments.
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in cloud solutions.
• Ensure the team has the necessary certifications and training to effectively support Salesforce solutions.

Skills:

• Strong project management skills, proven by PMP Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience working in environments with multiple business units and contact centers.
• Leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
