Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in L1/L2 on-call support and drive incident management to resolution
  • Manage AWS/GCP IAM, access requests, VPN, SSO, and JumpCloud administration
  • Support ArgoCD, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline operations
  • Administer Vault, PagerDuty/Oppex, Facets, Groundcover, and New Relic monitoring
  • Handle configuration changes, user onboarding/offboarding, and security requests
  • Support Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Dagster, Elasticsearch, and database operations
  • Review cloud invoices and support cost optimization initiatives
  • Assist with SOC2 audits, key management, and compliance activities
  • Drive the rollout of New Relic and Oppex migrations across teams
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Support
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms
  • Basic Kubernetes knowledge and container concepts
  • Experience with IAM, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems
  • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security concepts
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
